-All items not picked up during allotted pick up times will be held for a maximum of 5 business days at a storage rate of $25 per day per lot. All transportation and storage costs must be paid before retrieval of item.
-Any items not picked up after the 5 days will be immediately forfeited - no exceptions.
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.
-By bidding the bidder agrees to terms and conditions of auction
