Auction has a soft close beginning at 11am on Sunday April 26th, 2026. Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.
All pick up details including address will be on the invoice that is emailed to winning bidders upon completion of the auction. Please open the invoice attachment to view details.
-Items must be picked up on April 27th and 28th between 10am-6pm, please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-Address will be provided to all winning bidders on the invoice - pick up location is in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.
- Items not picked up during pick-up dates and times will have a $25 - $50 transportation fee (based on size and auctioneers discretion) and a $6 per day per lot storage fee. Items will be held for a maximum of 5 business days and then will be forfeited. - There are no refunds on forfeited items - No Exceptions
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk. No delivery is available. No shipping of heavy items such as equipment, furniture etc.
-Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring adequate assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided. If you cannot remove your items they may be forfeited.
-Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.
1. The Bidder acknowledges the thorough reading and understanding of all of these Conditions of Sale, all descriptions of items in the Catalog, and all matters incorporated herein by reference, and agrees to be fully bound thereby.
2. Sunrise Estate Services shall have the right and the successful bidder hereby unconditionally and irrevocable pre-authorizes Sunrise Estate Services, to charge from and collect all amounts owed from all credit and/or debit accounts identified to Sunrise Estate Services by the successful bidder prior to bidding. The successful bidder authorizes Sunrise Estate Services to collect all amounts owed from any of said accounts, and the successful bidder shall not content any such credit or debit account charge on the ground that Sunrise Estate Services was not so authorized.

3. The items listed are sold 'as is, where is'. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of our items. We have tried to describe each lot as accurately as possible, and we have included descriptive photographs as well. However, we are selling each lot "AS IS" and there will be no refunds or returns allowed if you are not satisfied with condition. We are not responsible for color discrepancies due to photo reproductions. Some items may vary from actual picture. Please bid to your comfort level and do your research to ensure you know what you are bidding on. There are No Refunds/Returns - No Warranties - All bids are final. Sunrise Estate Services makes no warranty as to condition and shall not be held responsible for any defects in any lot. Please contact auctioneer before the close of the auction if you have any questions.
4. Sunrise Estate Services reserves the right to withdraw any lot before or at the time of the auction, and/or to postpone the auction of all or any lots or parts thereof, for any reason and will have no liability for doing so. Sunrise Estate Services shall not be liable to any Bidder in the event of such withdrawal or postponement under any circumstances. Sunrise Estate Services reserves the right to refuse to accept bids from anyone.
5. Bidder and Sunrise Estate Services agree that any agreements between the Bidder and Sunrise Estate Services including but not limited to these Conditions of Sale are entered into in Alberta Canada, which is where the agreements are to be performed and the auction to take place, no matter where Bidder is situated and no matter by what means or where Bidder was informed of the auction and regardless of whether catalogs, materials, or other communications were received by Bidder in another location. Both Sunrise Estate Services and the Bidder agree that any disputes under these Conditions of Sale, the subject matter hereof, the entering into, or any aspect of the auction, shall be exclusively governed by Alberta law, and that any and all claims or actions shall be brought and maintained only in Alberta Canada in a Provincial or Federal Court to the exclusion of any other venue, locale or jurisdiction. All parties submit to such jurisdiction. Both Bidder and Sunrise Estate Services agree that these provisions are intended to be binding on all parties and that they shall solely control choice-of-law, venue and jurisdiction in the event of any dispute specifically including third party claims and cross-actions brought by either Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the prevailing party in any claim, dispute or litigation between the parties shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney fees and costs of litigation.
6. You hereby request approval for this registration to participate in the Sunrise Estate Services online auction (the Auctioneer) and acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale as posted on bid.sunriseestateservices.ca - liveauctionworld.com - icollector.com which is applicable to the auction event for which you are registering.
