Did someone say John Deere tractor, and a loader, mower, cultivator and lawn sweep? An acreage downsizing sale near Beach Corner, AB. Sale includes not only the tractor but beautiful furniture, home decor, tools, sports equipment, patio furniture and more!

Buyer's Premium:
$0 - $10,000 = 15%
$10,001 - $20,000 = 10%
$20,000+ = $8%

Pick up location is near Beach Corner, AB.

Auction has a soft close beginning at 6pm on Tuesday July 9th, 2024 Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.
-Items must be picked up on July 10th between 9am-7pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-Address will be provided to all winning bidders - pick up location is near Beach Corner, AB.
-All items not picked up during allotted pick up times will be subject to a $25 transportation fee and held for a maximum of 5 business days at a storage rate of $25 per day per lot. All transportation and storage costs must be paid before retrieval of item.
-Any items not picked up after the 5 days will be immediately forfeited - no exceptions.
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk. Delivery is not provided.
-Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
-Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.
