Pick up location is in Sherwood Park, AB

Auction has a soft close beginning at 11am on Sunday August 17, 2025.

Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times August 18th and 19th between 10am-6pm. Please book a pick up appointment by visiting sunriseestateservices.ca

Buyer's Premium 15% plus GST.

Auction begins closing at 11am on Sunday August 17, 2025

Auctions items must be picked up on August 18th and 19th, 2025 between 10am-6pm. Visit website to book pick up appointment.

Items not picked up during pick-up dates and times will have a $25 transportation fee and a $6 per day per lot storage fee.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring adequate assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
