A fantastic downsizing sale of a bungalow home in Sherwood Park. This sale features brand new items, beautiful furniture, unique home decor, essentials, tools, outdoor items and so much more. This was a pet friendly home.

Auction begins closing at 11am on Sunday October 19, 2025.

Auctions items must be picked up on October 20th or 21st, 2025 between 10am-6pm. Visit website to book pick up appointment.

Buyer's Premium 15% plus GST.

Auction begins closing at 11am on Sunday October 19, 2025.

Auctions items must be picked up on October 20th or 21st, 2025 between 10am-6pm. Visit website to book pick up appointment.

Items not picked up during pick-up dates and times will have a $25-$50 transportation fee and a $6 per day per lot storage fee.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring adequate assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
