Auction has a soft close beginning at 11am on Sunday February 2nd, 2025. Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.
-Items must be picked up on February 3rd and 4th between 10am-6pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca

Buyer's Premium 15% plus GST
-Address will be provided to all winning bidders - pick up location is in Spruce Grove, AB.
-All items not picked up during allotted pick up times will be subject to a $25 per lot transportation charge and will be held for a maximum of 5 business days at a storage rate of $25 per day per lot. All transportation and storage costs must be paid before retrieval of item.
-Any items not picked up after the 5 days will be immediately forfeited - no exceptions.
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk. Please contact auctioneer if you require shipping.
-Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
-Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.

Auction begins closing at 11am on Sunday February 2nd, 2025.

Pick up dates are February 3rd and 4th from 10-6pm. Items not picked up during pick up dates and times subject to a transportation and storage fee and held for a maximum 5 business days.

Pick up location is in Spruce Grove - Shipping is available. Delivery is not available.
