Auction has a soft close beginning at 4pm on Tuesday July 18, 2023 Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.

There are No Refunds/Returns - No Warranties - All bids are final. Please contact auctioneer before the close of the auction if you have any questions.
-Items must be picked up on July 19th and 20th from 10am-6pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-Address will be provided to all winning bidders - pick up location is in Northmount Neighbourhood - Edmonton, AB
-All items not picked up are considered forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.
Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.
