Auction has a soft close beginning at 11am on Tuesday July 30th, 2024 Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.
-Items must be picked up on July 31st and August 1st between 11am-7pm and August 2nd 11-5pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-Please contact auctioneer before end of auction if you have any questions.
-Address will be provided to all winning bidders - pick up location is in South Edmonton - Ellerslie Area.
-All items not picked up during allotted pick up times will be subject to a $25 transportation fee and held for a maximum of 5 business days at a storage rate of $25 per day per lot. All transportation and storage costs must be paid before retrieval of item.
-Any items not picked up after the 5 days will be immediately forfeited - no exceptions.
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk. Delivery is not provided.
-Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
-Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.
