Full estate sale of a beautiful bungalow located in Edmonton AB. Sale includes spectacular furniture, vintage items, antiques, art, framed butterflies and insects, camping gear, snowshoes, household goods and so much more.

Pick up location is in Mill Woods area - Edmonton, AB. Auction has a soft close beginning at 11am on Sunday March 26, 2023.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions and placing a bid the bidder agrees that YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT. Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property. Please ensure you check the pick up dates and that you are able to pick up the property you have purchased, if items are not being shipped and are not picked up they are immediately forfeited.

The items listed are sold 'as is, where is'. We can not guarantee the authenticity of our items. Please bid to your comfort level and do your research to ensure you know what you are bidding on. There are no refunds/returns, no warranties. All bids are final. Please contact auctioneer before the close of the auction if you have any questions.

-Items must be picked up on March 27th and 28th from 10am-6pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-Address will be provided to all winning bidders - pick up location is in Mill Woods area - Edmonton, AB
-All items not picked up are considered forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.

Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.

Buyer's premium: 15% plus GST
