Auction has a soft close beginning at 11am on Sunday November 20, 2022. Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.

Local pickup is available in North Edmonton, AB address will be provided to all winning bidders on the invoice. No shipping of fragile items or heavy items.
-Items must be picked up on November 21st or 22nd from 10am-6pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-All items left after that time are subject to a $6 per day per item storage fee
-All items left for 21 days or longer are considered forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.
Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.
