Buyer's premium: 15% plus GST

Pick up location is in Parkland County, AB.

Session 1 Auction has a soft close beginning at 11am on Sunday June 15th, 2025. Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.

All pick up details including address will be on the invoice that is emailed to winning bidders upon completion of the auction. Please open the invoice attachment to view details.

-Items must be picked up on June 16th or 17th between 10am-6pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca. Items not picked up during pick-up dates and times will have a $25 transportation fee and a $6 per day per lot storage fee. Items will be held for a maximum of 5 business days and then will be forfeited.
Auction pick-up's are located in Parkland County, AB 5 minutes South of Stony Plain.

Auction begins closing at 11am on Sunday June 15th, 2025

Auctions items must be picked up on June 16th or 17th between 10am-6pm. Visit website to book pick up appointment. Items not picked up subject to additional fees, check terms and conditions.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring adequate assistance to load items.
