-Items must be picked up on May 29th and 30th from 10am-6pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-Address will be provided to all winning bidders - pick up location is in Red Deer, AB
-All items not picked up are considered forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.
Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
