An estate sale in the Sweet Grass neighbourhood of South Edmonton with easy access off of the Whitemud. This sale is focusing on the children's content of the estate including clothes, toys, baby monitors, strollers and more.

Auction begins closing at 2pm on Sunday August 24, 2025.

Auctions items must be picked up on August 25th and 26th, 2025 between 10am-6pm. Visit website to book pick up appointment.

Buyer's Premium 15% plus GST.

Items not picked up during pick-up dates and times will have a $25 transportation fee and a $6 per day per lot storage fee.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring adequate assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
