An estate sale in the Sweet Grass neighbourhood of South Edmonton with easy access off of the Whitemud. This sale has incredible content including video games and consoles, furniture, household goods, sports memorabilia, Snap-on - DeWalt tools, bar accessories, vending machines and more. The definition of a true estate sale!

Auction begins closing at 12pm on Tuesday August 26, 2025.

Auctions items must be picked up on August 27th and 28th, 2025 between 10am-6pm. Visit website to book pick up appointment.

Buyer's Premium 15% plus GST.

Auction begins closing at 12pm on Tuesday August 26, 2025.

Items not picked up during pick-up dates and times will have a $25 transportation fee and a $6 per day per lot storage fee.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring adequate assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided
