Auction has a soft close beginning at 11am on Sunday January 25th, 2026.
Auctions items must be picked up on January 26th and 27th, 2026 between 10am-6pm. Visit www.sunriseestateservices.ca to book pick up appointment.
Buyer's Premium 15% plus GST.
Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk

Auction pick-up's are in South Edmonton

Items not picked up during pick-up dates and times will have a $25 - $50 transportation fee depending on size and weight and a $6 per day per lot storage fee.
Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring adequate assistance for moving and loading your items
