A full estate sale of over 500 lots including a 1971 Ford Ranchero, tools, stereo equipment, lawn equipment, brand new household goods, sports equipment, ammunition and so much more.

Auction has a soft close beginning at 10am on Sunday January 22, 2023. Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times. Pick up's are available in Spruce Grove, AB.

The items listed are sold 'as is, where is'. We can not guarantee the authenticity of our items. Please bid to your comfort level and do your research to ensure you know what you are bidding on. There are no refunds/returns - all bids are final. Please contact auctioneer if you have any questions about the items.

-Items must be picked up on January 23rd or 24th from 10am-7pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-All items left after that time are subject to a $6 per day per item storage fee
-All items left for 21 days or longer are considered forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk. No shipping of extremely heavy or fragile items.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.

Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.
