Pick up location is in Spruce Grove, AB

Auction has a soft close beginning at 5pm on Monday August 28, 2023 Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.

The items listed are sold 'as is, where is'. We can not guarantee the authenticity of our items. Please bid to your comfort level and do your research to ensure you know what you are bidding on. There are No Refunds/Returns - No Warranties - All bids are final. Please contact auctioneer before the close of the auction if you have any questions.

-Items must be picked up on August 29th or 30th between 10am-6pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-Address will be provided to all winning bidders - pick up location is in Spruce Grove, AB
-All items not picked up during allotted pick up times will be held for a maximum of 5 business days at a storage rate of $25 per day per lot. All storage costs must be paid before retrieval of item.
-Any items not picked up after the 5 days will be immediately forfeited - no exceptions.
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.

Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.

Buyer's premium: 15% plus GST
