Full estate sale of a beautiful bungalow located in St. Albert, AB. Sale includes brand new still in box items, vintage items, 2013 Chrysler 300S, 2018 Nissan Frontier S, brand new furniture and so much more.

Pick up location is in St. Albert, AB.

Auction has a soft close beginning at 11am on Sunday January 29th, 2023 Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.

The items listed are sold 'as is, where is'. We can not guarantee the authenticity of our items. Please bid to your comfort level and do your research to ensure you know what you are bidding on. There are no refunds/returns. All bids are final.

-Items must be picked up on January 30th and 31st from 10am-6pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-Address will be provided to all winning bidders - pick up location is in St. Albert, AB
-All items not picked up are considered forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.

Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.
