Local pickup is available in West/Central Edmonton - Prince Rupert Neighbourhood address will be provided to all winning bidders on the invoice. No shipping of fragile items or large/heavy items.
-Items must be picked up on September 26th or 27th from 11am-7pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-All items not picked during the allotted pick up times will be immediately forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.
Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
